You Know Them, You Love Them, but have you heard their new titles?

Beth and Thomas have new titles! Learn their new titles and get to know them and their history here at Gravatt!

Beth Jones, Director of Camp and Program Development

1) What are three words you would use to describe Gravatt?

Beautiful - Friendly - Sacred

2) If you were a Gravatt Animal, what would you be and why?

I would be a squirrel because they are happy running around camp with their friends and climbing trees (kind of like campers!).

3) What is one thing you can't live without?

A blanket

4) What is your proudest moment at Gravatt?

Being asked to be summer camp director!

Thomas Coleman, Director of Facilities and Environmental Stewardship

1) What drew you to Gravatt originally, and what's kept you here since then?

I came here for church picnics and summer camp when I was young. I've stayed for the traditions, relationships, and our natural resources.

2) If you had to eat one Gravatt meal everyday for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Fried chicken, and in the old days, I loved biscuits and gravy or Luau hot dogs.

3) What did you want to "be" growing up?

A camp counselor

4) What is your proudest moment at Gravatt?

The first time I got the call to be a summer camp counselor.

Be sure to look out for the incredible things these 2 do for Gravatt this fall!
